Hi Peet, We are trying to install scan smart on my computer. Its not taking my Azure credentials. Is this something you can assist with? Thanks so much, Savannah

Savannah, I'm not seeing any elevation requests for an Epson Install, and I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Its not taking my Azure credentials." Are you talking about a "Save Your User Credentials" window similar to the image below? The user should be filled automatically as FPM\savannah.derrick ... [embedded image]

Hi Peet, I am trying to install the same Epson scanning software that Lauren installed on her computer about a month ago. When I click the downloaded file to begin the installation it asks me to enter my Azure password. After clicking ok I attempt again to run the installer but it sends me back to enter my password again. Would you mind talking a look?
