Gladis,

It looks like you installed that under your user profile on or around 8/27. Since it's installed for/as a user you can uninstall it.

Here is a direct link back to the "Installed Apps" section of Windows Settings: ms-settings:appsfeatures If the link doesn't work, simply navigat back to where you found the WPS Office in the image below. Once you've found WPS Office in "Installed Apps" click the ellipsis and choose uninstall.

While you're there, I'd recommend uninstalling GotAssist and BeAnywhere Support Express.

This app will not uninstall. I've tried many times, please see the video attached.

I've tried to remove this remotely for you, but I've had no success. It looks like the original installer was downloaded to your "Downloads" and installed on 5/28. Do you remember what issue you were trying to solve by downloading and installing WPS Office on 5/28

Regardless, please let me know when your computer is available and I'll remote in and do my best to remove the application and its settings.

Hi Peet,

I don't recall why I installed it. Either way, it's a nightmare to remove and automatically defaulted itself for everything. Feel free to take over my computer at any time!

It appears that this product installs without administrative permission to get around basic business security posture, but then requires an administrator to uninstall simply to make it harder to remove. If you need new or expanded software going forward, please let me know and I'll work to get you something that fits within FPM's current suite.
