Hi Peet, I am trying to run it but I am stuck in an infinite loop of creating a password. Is there something I am doing wrong? It’s prompted me to set up a new password twice now without actually running the installer. I'm not at all sure what you're describing as I don't have any direct experience with this particular scanner/software. Can you please provide a screen shot? If this is happening before the installer runs, it's likely the the AutoElevate system asking for your current login password. If you're seeing an interface like below, please enter your current computer/M365 login password for [email protected]: [embedded image] Cheers.Peet

I was being an idiot, I didn’t realized the install prompt needed my O365 login. I got it, we are good. Thank you!
