Hi Peet,

I am having issues with adding the property managers calendars to mine, any thoughts? At one point I finally got it to work but it disappeared after 1 day lol. I cant figure out the issue.

Sorry I dropped replying about the calendar. Could you please tell me what you're trying to accomplish? Sharing employee calendars? Creating and accessing group shared calendars? Something else? What are the steps you've tried, and what are you experiencing?

Hi Peet,

The Managers shared their calendars with me and it showed up on my Outlook calendar for a day only. I want to be able to see what they have scheduled etc. Basically like I have with Jim/Mark/Pat. My calendar shows everyone’s meetings etc. I just cant seem to get the managers added to it.

I'm not seeing any technical issue with the calendar sharing. Below is a screen shot of calendars that you've subscribed to.

I don't have a current org chart, so I'm not sure who all you're describing when you say "Managers". The most up to date staff directory that I have is the "FPM Team Members.xls" in this SharePoint: https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm

You've mentioned that "it showed up on my Outlook calendar for a day only", but I'm still a bit unclear about what you mean. Could you screenshot what you're seeing ... the entire Outlook Calendar interface with all the calendars on the left-hand side expanded.

If you don't see the calendars, what happens when you try to subscribe to their calendar? Below are screen shots of three ways to open a calendar from the "Calendar" section in Outlook Classic.

Maybe I am doing something wrong but attached is all I can see on my calendar, I do not see Brantley or Lauren (I have not yet had Gladis share hers with me but will).

Great to hear. Just an FYI. That screen shot was of just the calendars and did not include "the entire Outlook Calendar interface with all the calendars on the left-hand side expanded" so I wouldn't have been able to help with your config.

Regardless I'm glad your Outlook client is configured.
