Will do. As an aside, could try to open tickets for FPM from "[email protected]" ... it just makes it easier to connect with FPM resources like "FPM-PF4GWH29".

It looks like your computer is offline. Please let me know when it will be online, awake and connected to power.

Liz, when you say the FPM SharePoint, do you mean this one: https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm/ ?? She currently has access to https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/aurora and https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-all.

If the first URL isn't the site she needs access to, please goto https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/ and then click the "Click here to view all sites you have access to!" button find the site you're looking for and send me the site URL

I'm merging this ticket with the one already opened with Liz and Lauren attached. Lauren brought her device online yesterday and I can see that the SharePoint for Aurora are connected and syncing. And asked Liz the following:

If you can provide the URL to the specific SharePoint site, I can ensure Lauren has access and that the site is configured to automatically sync on Windows clients. Are you perhaps referring to https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-mgmt/https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-mgmt/ ?

Neither FPM-All or FPM-Aurora seem to be the SharePoint site Brantley or Liz are referring to. If Liz or Brantley can confirm the site URL that they'd like you to have sync'd with your computer I'll make sure you have access to it. If the site is https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-mgmt/, I can add you to the site.

Done. The account [email protected] is a member of FPM-MGMT and has access to https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-mgmt/.

Lauren, you can access the files directly in a browser at https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm-mgmt/ ... the site's files should begin syncing after your next restart into "C:\Users\LaurenHill\FPM\FPM-MGMT - Documents". FPM should be visible in your File Explorer sidebar.

Please let me know if there's anything else you all need.
