Brantley, I think I'd need more information here as the Dormakaba system appears to be functioning. "Isn't working again," would lead me to believe the software is failed in the way that it has in the past, not loading completely and not allowing users to login. That does not appear to be the case. I've not restarted or changed anything on key computer as it was functional when I connected. The Dormakaba software is up and running. I can log in as Admin01. I see that someone has attempted to log in as "AuroraAdmin" to the Dormakaba software and saved the "AuroraAdmin" Windows login password as a login to the Dormakaba system in Microsoft Edge. There is no "AuroraAdmin" user in the Dormakaba system. The passwords and usernames for the Dormakaba software are unchanged. I have not administered the usernames and passwords on the Dormakaba software, but I can see the only users with activity in the past month are "Admin01" and "bcooper". Your username appears to be "bcooper" are you unable to log in with your user? If you've forgotten your password, let me know and I can reset it for you. Or you can sign in as Admin01 and reset it.
