Dear valued partner,

Earlier today, an update to our system inadvertently triggered an email notification regarding Microsoft 365 integration permissions. This message was sent ahead of schedule and no actions to update permissions is required at this time. The integration itself is fully functional, and this event did not impact SOC operations.

What happened?

A system update caused customers to receive a notification earlier than planned about granting Microsoft 365 integration permissions. Depending upon specific customer notification setup, some partner customers may have also received an email. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

This was caused by a backend behavior that we’re actively addressing. Future communications will be aligned with the intended rollout schedule to avoid further confusion.

What You Need to Do

No action is required on your end at this time. If customers reach out, you can reassure them that the Microsoft 365 Cloud Response is fully functional, and no immediate action is needed.
