Hi Peet,

Adrianna's computer does not turn on today. It has power, it is plugged in and was working just fine yesterday. Can you please assist?

Can you please hold the power button on the device for at least a full 20 seconds, wait a full 10 seconds, then press the power button again to try to turn on.
