Why would I get this email? I did not request this? I also noticed someone tried to access my Amazon account, and it was deleted. Very odd. [embedded image]

Gina,

While I was releasing the Aurora Key server from Artichoke Managment, I realized that there wasn't another full administrator on the Farran Property Management 1Password account, so bumped your account privileges to . I'd forgotten that action would initiate an account recovery because Admin/Owner accounts cannot authenticate against M365.

Consequently, I've rethought the change in your user persmissions and have recalled the account recovery and simply shared a vault with you called "FPM-SysAdmin" that contains the 1Password Admin/Owner account.

Clear as mud?

As for your Amazon, do you mean the 1Password record for the account is missing or that Amazon completely deleted your account? If it's the former, it should be available again in your 1Password. If it's the latter that would be outside of this issue, but genuinely concerning. I'm guessing that it's just the 1Password issue, but please let me know.

As an FYI the number I have for you says it's out of service. Do you have a new number to reach you?

Hi Peet,

Thank you for that information. It’s the ladder there was like an email that popped up. That stated that Amazon thought my account was fishing. Somebody had tried to log into it numerous times I reported that and then all of a sudden my Amazon account is just completely deleted like there is no record of it lol I’m gonna report it to Amazon.
