Hi Peet,

I am switching Anna to Arc and Mary to Aurora. I am having them take their laptops with them, since all their files are stored on them. Will you be able to switch them? Or how would you like me to go forward? Also, can we get the emails updated, too, please?

Gina,

I've swapped their primay email and username as follows (login usernames are BOLD)...

[email protected] -> [email protected] ([email protected] remains as an email alias)
[email protected] -> [email protected] ([email protected] remains as an email alias)

It's not a problem to keep the computers they currently have, but their data should be all on OneDrive (Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders are mapped to OneDrive) and SharePoint (Should be auto-synced in OneDrive for primary site. Anything else should be synced in the browser.

The primary email/username has been restored, and the users retain the new addresses as an alias. They are both part of the aurora and arc groups.
