I replied Friday the 28th that I placed an archive of every file in the OneDrive of [email protected] in your OneDrive in a folder named "z_Maggie". Have you checked inside that archive in the "Documents" folder for the "Maintenance Rollover.xlsx"?

I've redownloaded and re-archived Maggie's employee OneDrive, and am uploading both the compressed and decompressed data into your "z_Maggie". If there is data in this archive that needs to be saved and used for the Arc property, that data should absolutely be in the Arc sharepoint, and not stored in an individual user's employee OneDrive.

This SharePoint site is available to anyone with an "@arcgreatfalls.com" address. And is where any shared Arc data should be kept. It does not look like any Arc data has been stored or accessed here in quite some time. Would you please ensure that any Arc-required shared data in "Maggie Stenberg (Shared) - Documents" is filed in the Arc SharePoint site? Please organize the data in whatever way best suits Arc's needs.

On your Mac, you can easily sync the FPM-Arc SharePoint Site with your computer via the OneDrive app by clicking the "Sync" in the SharePoint site. This will create a link in your OneDrive that will take you directly to the data stored here.

Once sync'd with your OneDrive App, the SharePoint Documents folders will appear in your Finder under "OneDrive - Shared Libraries" like this:

It doesn't look like the SharePoint site for Aurora is in use either. It would be best to ensure that all data required by Aurora, is moved from any employee OneDrives and relocated to https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/aurora
