Gina,

No problem. I've removed his account., and given Gladis full access to his existing mailbox.

You will have an email with a link to his One Drive. This will be accessible for 30days. Please make sure that any business data is migrated from his OneDrive.

By default, forwarding is not enabled for Shared Mailboxes. Would like Gladis to have access to "Seth Krier (Shared)" as well as have every email delivered to both "[email protected]" and "[email protected]". As of now, the default behavior is configured.
