Gina,

Done ... mostly. Both you and Brantly have access to Maggie's mailbox but by default email is not forwarded for users that are converted to shared mailbox.

Here are the options for new email sent to [email protected] (@liveavion.com, and @farranmgmt.com):

- The default behavior is to deliver to the shared mailbox "Maggie Stenberg (Shared)" and for you and Brantly to access and manage the account/email from there. This way you can coordinate on who answer's what email by
- Forward to the person primarily in charge of managing the mailbox (Brantly) and have the other person (you) manage accessing the mail via the shared mailbox.
- Finally, I can create a mail-enabled group for you and Brantly and forward the email to both of you via that group.

You should have received an email already offering you 30 days of access to Maggie's OneDrive. Please make sure that there's nothing in there that needs to be kept for FPM.

Thanks, Peet. Can we also set Brantley up an email for Arc? Since he will be managing both I think an email for each site is appropriate.

Just making sure about the access to Maggie's existing and future email. The default of no email being forwarded, but then managing and access the email via the shared mailbox is your preference?

Wanted to check in on the Arc emails, it looks like I am struggling to access historical emails and have not really received much in the way of incoming so might be worth looking into as well

On accessing the "Maggie Stenberg (Shared)" mailbox: What mail client are you attempting to access the shard mailbox with? Outlook Online, Outlook for macOS, Outlook for Windows, Outlook for iOS, or Outlook for Android?
