Hello Valued Partners,

We want to inform you of a temporary issue affecting Blackpoint Cyber’s phone system.

What’s Happening?A third-party vendor supporting our phone system has encountered an issue that prevents calls from reaching our main phone number. The vendor expects to resolve this by February 28, 2025.

How This Affects You

For the time being, please use this alternate number to contact Blackpoint Cyber: 443-941-0023.

Important Notes

- This issue does not impact the Security Operations Center (SOC). The SOC can still dial out and email partners as usual.
- There is no impact on the SOC’s ability to investigate incidents or communicate alerts.
