Brantly, I know this has been frustrating. But it looks like when the issue occurred today the computer was not restarted. A restart of the computer has cleared the issue each time. There are no unique protections on the key computer, just that your account is not an admin. There is a tool called AutoElevate on your devices including the key server. If an administrative action needs to happen there's a prompt to request permission to do so. I've not received a request from this computer. Are you and doormakaba not getting the prompt? Regardless, I've invited [email protected] to AutoElevate and you will be able to approve elevation requests on the app or on https://msp.autoelevate.com . The key software has been up since the computer was restarted around 11:11 and I can see that you're accessing it currently. Please let me know if you have any issues with the Doormakaba software after a computer restart. I'll reach out Monday to make sure you are logged into Autoelevate. Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, Gina has authorized in the past to remove your protections from this computer. As far as I am aware this still stands. This computer is only for making keys. We do not access any FPM items from this computer, and if there were to ever be a change in management this computer would stay with the property, not FPM.
