Summary of the Situation:

-  Cloud Response M365 Events: Blackpoint has identified a temporary degradation in processing Cloud Response M365 events. This issue has been resolved, and all affected events are currently being reprocessed for action by our SOC team.

SOC Impact:

-  MDR agent, EDR integrations, and Cloud Response for Google Workspace events are not impacted and continue to be processed without interruption.
-  Cloud Response M365 events are in the process of being reprocessed, and our SOC team will reach out should any event require further attention.
