We want to provide you with an update regarding the two issues you were previously notified on earlier today regarding our Partner Portal and SOC Alert Date. While no action is needed on your part at this time, we want to keep you informed of our progress.

Partner Portal Access:
Access to the Partner Portal has been successfully restored. If you experience any lingering issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

SOC Alert Data:
Earlier today, our Security Operations Center (SOC) experienced a temporary issue that impacted the creation of alert data in the MDR platform for a few hours. We’re pleased to report that alert data is now flowing properly, and our SOC has reviewed all alerts from the impacted timeframe. Importantly, no data was lost during this period.

We remain committed to closely monitoring both situations and ensuring full resolution. You can expect further communication from us once our technical teams have confirmed that these matters are fully addressed.
