We’re reaching out to inform you of two issues currently under investigation. No action is required on your part at this time. Below is a summary of the situations and our ongoing efforts to resolve them.

-  Partner Portal Access: Some partners are experiencing difficulties signing into the Blackpoint Partner Portal. This is being addressed and we expect a swift resolution.
-  SOC Alert Data: This morning, our Security Operations Center (SOC) encountered a temporary issue that prevented the creation of alert data in the MDR platform for a few hours. Please rest assured that no data was lost during this time but response may be slightly delayed.

Our team is actively investigating both issues and is working diligently to resolve them as a top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we address these matters to ensure a seamless experience moving forward.
