Lauren, Happy to help. Could you describe the specific steps you're taking to login and at what point they it is failing? Also, can you please make sure the computer is plugged into power. And awake/online. (it was definitely onlin a bit ago). Thanks.Peet

Hi Peet, it is plugged in to power. Three of us tried logging in with our usernames and passwords, and we also tried switching to PIN numbers, but neither sign in option worked. I'm not seeing it online in a way that seems percistant. How did you connect it to network? WiFi? If WiFi, what SSID (network name) did you connect to? Or did you connect via ethernet in the display? thanks.Peet

I saw it online for a moment or two about th time the time i sent the last email. If it's not online it would explain why you cannot sign in. Thanks.peet

Hey Peet, It is plugged in and still on the wifi. I woke it up if that helps. Lauren, The device came online and i tested patrick's login. It signed in without issue. I stopped the process, so he'll be prompted to setup his Face Login and PIN. I just want to rule everything out. You were signing in with your fully qualified email address, e.g. [email protected] ... If so, it sounds like something intermittent with the network was the issue. Cheers.Peet
