Hi Peet! We have two computers in our business center that won't turn completely on or says the computer is in reset mode. We have had tenants mess with the computers and try to reset everything on the computer so now, I am unable to get in with my password. Are you able to troubleshoot them? Gladis, Oh goodness. I had no information about publically accessible computer. As you can imagine, they are a bear to manage and support. That said, it is a (mostly) solved problem. Could you please send me the modelnumber and serial numbers of the public comptuers. A picture of the physical location would also be helpful. From there we can work out a plan to get your access back. Thanks.Peet

I'm guessing thos are All In One's like an imac, or that the cmouter is behind the display. Wouldyou mind getting an imaga of the product name/serial number of the computer? The abel is probably on the back bottom of the device probably on the oposite side of the HP logo. Thanks.Peet

Great, Those are.. HP All-in-One 27-cr0054 PC ProdID:7G9S2AA#ABA SN:8CC4272G3Q SN:8CC4291WY9 So what we'll need to do to get you back online in a way that you can trust the machines is to build a new windows 11 pro installer media that has any required drivers. Wipe and reinstall them. During the install process we'll enroll them into management and I'll have controll of the. From there we'll install a sofware product that wipes the computer on every restart. so the next time someone gets cute they will be in an known state after a restart. Will you or someone onsite be able to be remote hands for this? It's a straight forward fix, but I'll need someone to walk through the install. If not they could be shipped/delivered to me here in missoula. If so, do you have a USB stick that can be erased and used for the install? Thanks.Peet
