Hi Lauren, I belive the display you're connecting to is a Samsung LF27T35, which has a vga and HDMI input. I'm going to assume the connection is via HDMI. In your troubleshooting, have you unpluged the display from power and reconnected it? Is the display input set to HDMI? (pg 13 of the attached manual. If its a different device, please let me know) Is the computer currently connected to, but not recognizing the display? Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, I did unplug the monitor from power and the computer and leave it unplugged while I rebooted my computer. Usually if I do that, it will connect after I plug it in again following the reboot, but that didn’t work this time. I also did manually select HDMI on the monitor and it still did not recognize. Before putting in the ticket, I plugged in Deb’s computer, and the monitor connected immediately, so I am pretty sure the issue is not the monitor. Just noting that your AMD graphics driver was failed and needed an update. Oddly enough Lenovo, did not have an AMD driver for your specific computer's download page. So I wint with the AMD direct driver. As an FYI, you *may* have to dismiss some AMD/gaming related popups. That's the reason I don't like using the direct drivers. If anything gets in your way, let me know. Cheers.Peet
