Andrew,

That was a bit of a rabbit hole. I had to work backward from the original ticket for the setup to find that I configured M365 to have rules enabled, then disable the rule via the Outlook web.

Thanks for the patience here. I've deleted the rule and returned your tenant to the default setting of not allowing rules for M365 groups. I've also confirmed that the [email protected] is no longer forwarding.
