Hi Peet,

I am reaching out today because Grant is unable to print multiple copies of documents. When he prints and puts more than one copies only one copy prints. Do you know why that is happening and is there anything we can do to fix it?

It may be an issue with the existing printer driver. Adding the printer again but specifically choosing "Generic PCL Printer" or "Generic PostScript Printer" could be a work around. Please let me know if that resolves the multi copy issue ...
