Exchange reported an error syncing my ceo email account this morning and directed me to delete the account and then reconnect it. I have not been able to reconnect the account in the Add Account dialog box. It keeps encountering an error. I know I am using the correct password, so not sure what’s happening. Here’s the dialog box:

It looks like this is a licensing change from Microsoft for non profit software. The ceo@ account was unlicensed. I've reapplied a lower tier dontated license for the ceo@ email (Microsoft Business Basic instead of Office 365 E1) so the account should be set for email going forward.

Your Microsoft 365 Business Premium donation will end 3/15/26 and we should make sure to attach a current credit card to your MS billing so you don't see an interruption (🤞) in March. The pricing for NFP Business Premium is $5.50/user/mo (fyi, retail is $22/user/mo) and you currently use 7.

Is there a current CC in the 1Password "MEP Admin" vault that you would like to attach to your Microsoft 365 account?
