Hey Peet! I haven’t been able to login yet. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong :’) it says my password is incorrect, but it’s the one I’m using to login on my old computer. Is the computer connected to your internet via ethernet or WiFi? I don’t see that it has been online since before I shipped it, so perhaps you’re trying to sign in without being connected to the Internet? Are you using your full email address? Thanks.Peet

I've never felt more dumb, but you were right, I was not on the internet🤣. My other question is, where are all my old desktop files, and personal files, like the kids medical records etc that are on my old computer? Is there a way to put those onto this computer? Not a worry, you only need to be online when you first sign in and add some interval after that that I honestly don’t know maybe a week? Just make sure you’re signed into OneDrive and your settings for OneDrive backup are enabled and you should be good to go. As long as your old computer is up-to-date on OneDrive, your new computer will have the same files peet
