It looks like this was sent late Friday night to [email protected]. Please do send all support requests to [email protected].

I've configured a travel your account access from the US, CA and the UK. Please let me know which other countries where you will need access.

Please make sure to reply to this ticket when you're back in the states so I can remove the exception.

Hi Peet,
Sorry about sending to the wrong email account. Since I couldn’t access Microsoft Office I didn’t know the correct email and Gmail defaulted to your other email account. I will also be in Ireland and Norway in addition to the UK.

No problem. It doesn't look like you've emailed [email protected] from gmail since 12/2023 "(Cannot access outlook and teams from Canada on laptop & new iphone (message id: 76071325)". It was impetuous to create a new PowerAutomate flow to direct folks to [email protected] via an autoreply.

All that said, your account can sign in from US, CA, UK, IE, and NO.

Please do reply to this ticket when you're back in US/CA.

Hi Peet,

We are back in the US.

Per your request, you can remove the access exception for UK, Ireland, and Norway.

However, please keep the Canada exception on my account since we make frequent trips to Canada.
