Pre-migration work:

Sumeet will provide Peet end point to check before we start to verify ISP isn’t blocking any ports

Onsite team members will pre-test of all their applications prior to circuit replacement to ensure all applications are reachable before we begin and report anything not working.

Migration:

- Conference bridge opened a 12:00 PM (MT). All team members present.
- FIS Engineer will ensure that NOC is aware of pending change.
- FIS Engineer will access active router via new OOB device .
- Onsite will have a laptop and console cable as precautionary step should the OOB device be unreachable.
- FIS Engineer will provide onsite step by step instructions for cabling to reconfigure existing router w15sv4000rr683.
- FIS Engineer will rate shape VPN to 10M
- Onsite team members will test all their applications after circuit replacement to ensure all applications are reachable after the change.

Post Migration:

- 3-5 days after migration or when bank is ready, they will reply to email from FIS to proceed with submitting the disconnect for the MPLS circuit and Pots line.
