I understand what was going on Microsoft for licensing. There's been an update to the licensing agreement so it wasn't showing any of the "right" info until I found that and clicked "agree". I licensed you for 2x Microsoft 365 Business Premium ($23.10‎/mo/license), and 1 x Microsoft 365 Business Basic ($4.99/mo/license). That will cover you, your new employee and the toaster. The admin user ([email protected]) will need to be licensed as well. (I tried to find a way to license it at a lower tier than Business Premium, but when combining the 3 licenses it needs for administration, it adds up to the same cost as Business Premium.)

The above licenses are paid monthly but on a 1 year term so if things don't work out with your new employee you would be on the hook for that additional license. I can add one Business Premium license in as monthly @ $26.40 that could be dropped at any time. Does that sound like the way to go?

1Password finally rolled out a program that allows for you to have your own plan that I can administer for you. So I'll be moving you over to your own tenant soon. That said, I'd like to move you over under your new name ... For the life of me I don't remember what the new (non fstewart) name is. Does eric have control/access for that domain?

Thanks.Peet

Okay, just updating here:

1Password: I've created the account, without any users because I'd like to make sure to configure it to authenticate against your M365 accounts ... but I'd like your accounts to be jill and hannah @YOURNEWDOMAIN.TLD. So as soon as Eric has your new domain lined out, I'll get it setup on your M365 and finish the 1Password.

M365: You're all set with 3 Premium and 1 Basic license, charged monthly total monthly charge ono your card should be $74.29. I've made your M365 account a billing admin so you can access anything about licensing/invoicing here https://admin.microsoft.com/https://admin.microsoft.com/ ... or you can just ask me to find or change whatever you need.
I'll make sure to add a OTP password to [email protected] in 1pasword so you have access to a global admin for the hit by bus protocol 😂.

Porkbun: Your fstewart domain is registered here, and I've asked Eric to register your new domain here as well. Your CC is attached for auto billing.

Cloudflare: This has existed for some time.

I've got Eric all setup with the access he needs. Looks like pathfinderplanmt.com is your new domain, so I've added it to your M365 tenant as the default and need to let you know that when I change your your user name to [email protected], you will need to use that full username/email to loginto your computer. Your new employee is [email protected].

Email to @fstewartfinancial.com still works and you will be able to send email "from" @fstewartfinancial.com as needed.

It looks like the other XPS laptop is offline. would you mind bringing it back up? I just want to make sure it's completely set.

Cheers.Peet
