Hi Peet, I am getting the error screenshotted below anytime I try to open a word document. I think it might be tied to me trying to download Adobe Acrobat before realizing we must have limited licenses. That is fine, I don’t need acrobat but the program seems to be stuck in an update loop maybe because I never signed in to Adobe. I think MS word is having a problem with Adobe because of that. Working theory anyway. Let me know if you have any questions and if I can do anything to help resolve. Thanks! Looks like you installed "Adobe Acrobat 2020 Classic" from "Managed Software Center.app" on or around 7/11. [embedded image] Please uninstall "Adobe Acrobat 2020 Classic" with "Managed Software Center.app". Here is a direct link to the MSC.app entry for "Adobe Acrobat 2020 Classic". munki://detail-AcrobatPro2020.html Make sure all Microsoft office applications are closed as well as anything to do with "Adobe Acrobat 2020 Classic". Please let me know if the issue persists after uninstalling the software. Cheers.Peet

Thanks Peet, I don’t see any option to uninstall Adobe Acrobat classic in managed software center. It shows me the option to install but I can open the program on my machine where it prompts me for credentials. Ryan, Adobe no longer supports Acrobat 2020 so I've built an automated uninstaller that will remove it if it's discovered on a client. That said, it does not appear to be installed on your computer currently. Are you still receiving the error? Cheers.Peet

Ryan, I'm not seeing any of the Adobe Microsoft Office add in files that cause this. I'll need to control your computer. When could I hop on there while you're logged in. Peet
