Good Afternoon Peet, I am reaching out today because I am having trouble with an important missing email thread (below). I could not see any of these emails that I am cc'd on in my inbox anywhere. I have checked both my Microsoft Quarantine and my junk. Is there any reason why these emails would not show up in my invoice? They are from Nicole Rush and Casey Nimocks, both people who I correspond with frequently and have never had an issue receiving emails from before. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to ensure this does not happen again. Emily, The TLDR, is that I see the message delivered to your INBOX. I see the message successfully backed up from your INBOX, and I see activity with the message between 6/24 and 7/10. Determining the exact moment it was deleted is likely possible but I don't see anything happening with the email that would indicate it was not delivered or accessed. Considering the message was in your inbox backups from 6/24 to 7/9 and deleted between the 7/9 backup and the 7/10 backup, it seems like you may have accidentally deleted the message. If you'd like to avoid this in the future, you could consider using the "Archive" function (which just moves messages from your inbox to the Archive folder).
