- Tried to print a document on LexmarkPrint-UP; unsuccessful
- Found LexmarkPrint-UP in “Bluetooth & Devises”

- Printer Status: Access Denied, unable to connect
- Tried to re-establish connection; error

- Error Message: “You do not have permission to modify the settings for this printer. If you need to change the settings, contact your system administrator.”

Sorry for the silly delay here. Your ticket was buried under a bit of an avalanche and I'd remembered responding.

Just a quick question about any troubleshooting steps you may have done here. The printer is fundamentally a share on the server.
Are you connected to the CloudFlare ZeroTrust VPN?
When you weren't/aren't able to print, are you connected to the server y:\ drive in "This PC"?
Did you/would you try making sure you're connected to CloudFlare ZeroTrust VPN, then locking the computer and unlocking the computer with your PWD? Does that change the behavior at all?
