Without knowing what or where "all payroll files" are, I can only point you to Gina's OneDrive data and the fpm SharePoint Site for Farran Property Management.

I've put Gina's OneDrive files into this Farran Realty Partners SharePoint site ... https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/sites/frp-fpm

The only Farran Property Management SharePoint site that should have any FPM management data is https://farranmgmt.sharepoint.com/sites/fpm/

I've invited [email protected] to the Farran Property Management 1Password. Once you're signed in I can give you access to the few passwords Gina had and the passwords that are saved in Vaults.

I was finally able to configure [email protected] to auto forward to [email protected]. I'm still working on exporting [email protected] to a PST but I'm fighting Outlook.exe for that. I've exported a PST from her mailbox backup and it will show up in the frp-fpm SharePoint here: https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/sites/frp-fpm/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2Ffrp%2Dfpm%2FShared%20Documents%2FGina%20Revelle&viewid=f404ade1%2D1ab1%2D4bb6%2D9ce4%2D56beff834beb

Managing the data between the two separate organizations is the right way to do things, but boy it ads new wrinkles every time FRP-FPM require something cross tenant!

Hi Peet,

I was able to log into 1Password but there is nothing in there. I am guessing we need to get together and do some token or something. Also, I have Gina’s computer but I can not get it online since I don’t have her password not sure how that would work. Let me know if you have time today to hammer it out.

I've shared the vaults in 1Password that had content. You should see vaults:

- Gina
- FPM-SysAdmin

- Aurora-SysAdmin

The data that's saved on Gina's computer should only be the data that's in https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/sites/frp-fpm. The only other saved data for FPM that Gina would have access to is https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/sites/frp-fpm.

Are you having any issue accessing Gina's data in https://farrangroup.sharepoint.com/sites/frp-fpm? Are you having issues accessing the PST with your Outlook.exe app?

Please schedule some time to look at what you have and chat about what you'll need going forward. In the meantime, feel free to let me know what it is you're looking for/missing and I'll see what I can find. If you'd like to plug Gina's computer into power, you can connect it to WiFi by clicking the "Configure WiFi" on the login screen. After that I should be able to access it remotely and if it's plugged into power it should not sleep.

No I am only having issues with 1password. It lets me in but there is nothing in there. And then I just need to get Gina’s computer figured out. I will probably give it to the new hire for the Aurora property. (New Property Manager in Great Falls) She will start on Aug 2nd. I guess with that said, I will also need to have you set up an emailetc for her. Let me know what you need from me in regards to that. I am kind of drinking from a fire hose trying to find all of Gina’s stuff to take over that ship along with my regular Farran stuff lol

I do not envy you the additional work/headaches. I hope this is only a temporary change for you until a new manager is hired. If not, it would be best for you to have an @farranmgnt.com identity to connect with and manage the FPM data and resources.

Re 1Password: nearly all of the data in 1Password vaults that are not "Employee" vaults, is sysadmin credentials from me. Gina only had 4 business passwords saved in her 1pass. In the Farran Property Management account you should see a vault named Gina ...

I do not know where or if she documented or maintained any notes about her duties and processes.

Re the computer: if it's online I can access any data and get it ready for a new FPM user. I'm sorry, but I was mistaken about the computer she had as she originally had a Mac then switched to a PC. Regardless, if it's plugged into power and on the internet, I can work with the data on the device. Also, could you please send me the serial number of the computer?

The serial number is PF-4GWH29. When you say @farranmgnt.com are you referring to another email lol? I have so many already hahaha. Good grief. Ok we can discuss that on our call lol. I will plug the computer in now and try and hook it up to my home internet.

So that's a ... Farran Property Management is now part of your permanent duties? If not, a second @farranmgmt.com identity wouldn't be necessary. But if it is, it should honestly be easier and less complicated for you to have both accounts.

I can see FPM-PF4GWH29 online so if there's something that's needed, we'll be set to access the device.

Yes I will be taking over Gina’s duties. Ok as for Gina’s computer, we just need to wipe the computer (after we have everything off of it). I obviously can not access anything due to passwords. Once that is done we should set this computer up for the new leasing agent Lauren Hill. Which would be the same set up as Brantley. Brantley will be moving to Arc as the leasing agent.
