Boston,

It looks like sometime around April 4 ~200GB or so was uploaded to SharePoint. So you're over by about ‎‎215GB. MS has a weird system to monitor and deal with overages, so nothing has happened yet. But to keep you from getting a nasty suprise we should either archive some "stuff" or purchase more storage at $0.08/G/month 220GB is about $18 monthly.

I just addressed it. This is related to when we copied over the photos. I've deleted the duplicates which should be significant savings.
