I've converted CJ into a shared mailbox and given you full access as well as forwarded CJ's email to you. I just reviewed the username for Seth K and its misspelled as [email protected] but the email address is correct. Can this be corrected? Done. The "[email protected]" in the 1Password record was a typo and not linked to the "[email protected]" on M365. Correcting the issue was as simple as editing the 1Password record [embedded image] . [embedded image]
