Elin and Katie,

I won’t be in front of a computer to get you a W-9, however Peet, Inc. ABN Artichoke Consulting (MT SOS Filing #D184578) is a corporation similar to Granite Technology Group and your account does not need to collect a W-9 from or issue a 1099 to my organization.

Most finance departments/accountants don’t need a W9 after I inform them my business is Incorporated. Please let me know if you still collect W9’s for incorporated service providers, and I will send one your way.

Hi Peet—Thanks for quick response. You've confirmed what we needed to know—that you do not need a 1099 at the end of the year. We'll get payment processed and check mailed to the 1805 Bancroft address on your invoice.
