I wanted to get some clarity regarding our relationship with you and how things will work going forward. I know that the bid we received from you included "rollout" of Teams. It seems that we're pretty much rolled out, and I know you've sent us an invoice, which came in at $600 or so under the high end of your bid range. I know that EJ was going forward with SMS for Teams, but from what I know, we're not yet approved. My questions for you are: - When we reach out for troubleshooting/help relating to Teams Phones in the future, what is/is not included in our agreement with you? - When SMS is approved, is getting set up covered in our arrangement with you or are we on our own? (I think you have not done that for any of your clients yet.) - When I do have questions/need assistance, is email the best way to contact you initially? - For support that does incur charges, do you charge incrementally in, say, 15 minute increments or do you have a higher minimum? Elin, I'm sorry I missed your email. It was buried in my personal inbox. You must not have been on the ticket with EJ, but please make sure to send all requests here ([email protected]) so a ticket is created to track your issues. Current Agreement: My agreement with GVLT is a fee/hour Service Agreement. If you have a quick question about the current set up or a change that needs to be made because it was missed during the original scope, I'm happy to pop into your Teams Admin and straighten it out. If it's a new configuration or a change in the working Teams deployment, that will be billable. Teams SMS: SMS was not part of the original scope (as it wasn't a feature when we started) for the project, and work on SMS would be hourly. Contact method: Please direct all requests here ([email protected]). Hourly invoicing minimums: Support is billed in 15min increments. Let me know if I can answer any more questions for you!
