Hi Peet, It looks like Jim wants Luke to have access to his emails again so he can find a few emails that he sent. Is this possible? Liz Scaggs Operations Manager 406-541-9000 [embedded image](https://www.farranco.com/) P.O. BOX 9079 MISSOULA, MT 59807

Liz, I've converted Luke's account from Shared to a standard account. If Luke still has access to his Microsoft Authenticator and knows his most recent password, he should be able to login now. Do you want Andrew to continue to have full access to the account? Thanks.Peet

One other thing. Wasn’t his computer set to wipe if he turned it on lol? I am assuming that you cancelled that for this purpose. Yes. His computer should wipe when it comes back online. There is no supported method to stop a scheduled wipe and leave the device manageable. The simplest solution is to allow the computer to wipe, then re-enroll it when it comes back up to the Windows Out of Box Experience. Luke should be able to simply connect it to Wi-Fi/Internet, log in with his account, wait for setup to complete, and move forward using the computer. Otherwise, if there's something critical on the device that should be saved. Luke can keep the computer offline and drop it off with me. I can create an offline backup of the drive. With direct access to the device, I *should* be able to interrupt wipe and reconfigure the device for management. As long as I know when he's dropping it off, I should be able to get it back to him next business day. Cheers.Peet
