Hey Peet,

I left you a voicemail on this, but we had a power outage yesterday. The Copier does not seem to be connecting to the network so we cannot print or scan.

Are you able to give me a call to talk about this?

I called the printer company but they want to send out IT, I told them to hold off because they might face a barrier when it comes to access, unless you are involved.

I know they arent your favorite, but thanks for your help!

Make sure the 2Bay synology is powered on.

I found the right side of the Synology unplugged. That seemed to bring the printing back (or I was trying to print from guest earlier when testing and didnt realize). But scanning still isn't working.

Hey Peet,

I've got to take off for the rest of the day to a meeting and I am off tomorrow, so can I get your help getting the scanner up and running again by tomorrow?

If needed Julie can help with test scans, but I don't know that she is the best person to help with troubleshooting with hardware in the mechanical room.

Feel free to call or text me this evening. I hit the road tonight and will be out of cell range until Monday.
