Hey Peet, Ryan is in the field today, but had called and told me that he has been getting reports from our landowners, that his phone line is not connecting (line is disconnected or not in service kind of response). I'm a bit underwater this morning and struggling to get into the admin portal on my personal pc, but might be able to investigate further this afternoon so I'm putting in a ticket in case you are able to help with that this morning. It seems isolated to just his number from what I can tell so far. Hi Peet, I have had 406.519.5203 as my teams number since we switched over and haven’t had trouble making or receiving calls until the last day or two. Ryan, I can't tell you why the number was unassigned. I've added it back to your account and it should be working. Boston, I'm pulling a Purview search/report for ALL activity that includes "4065195203" the report should be available in the next few hours. https://purview.microsoft.com/audit/auditsearch I'm not sure if it's the right search term, but it should be a start.
