It looks like your DUNS is "119513284" but it doesn't appear to be active in the database Apple uses. As soon as it is, I'll submit your info for verification. You should get an email with instructions to call Apple and verify the business. When that last step is done we should be golden.

After some confusion on the Apple verification side, I'm positive you should have an email from Apple requesting that you call. Just ping this ticket when you reach out to verify. Just a note, make sure to answer in the affirmative that you've given me permission to create and manage the Apple Business Account.
