Thanks for pinging back on this one. I did not catch your original request, and am jumping on it now. I do need to have support/actionable requests sent to [email protected] for a ticket to be opened, I can manually forward messages for you like I did today, but it's possible for requests to slip by if they aren't sent to [email protected].

Jumping on creating those users now.

I'd assumed there was a user for Deb, Seth, and CJ with Farran Property Management, there is, of course, Deb and Seth, but no CJ. Could you provide the full name for the employee?

As for the devices, can you confirm that SethL's computer is a Latitude 5550 with serial, 9DMN924? DeborahS's computer is a Lenovo 21ED0043US with serial, PF4GWS81? And the computer that will be CJ's, but was SethK's is a Lenovo 21DJ with serial MP2KF7BP.

I'll be able to finalize the 3 accounts Monday. When you can confirm the computer serial numbers, I can begin transferring them from Farran Property Managment 365 tenant to Sage Management's tenant.

I'll see if I can get the setup completed today...I tried last night and was getting an error message.

CJ's full name is Clay Nelson.

Yes, sending to their FPM accounts is great.

I'll figure out the serial numbers and get back to you.

How should the display name work for CJ? "CJ Nelson" or "Clay Nelson" or something else?

For 1Password, I can see that an account setup was started but not finished. Feel free to elaborate if you'd like insight on the issue.

Sorry for any delay, I was waiting for a personal email for CJ to share his password with and didn't ping you again for it. You should see an SGM-Users vault in your Sage 1Password. The three user accounts/passwords are there.

Each user will need to setup MFA on first sign in.

Have you had a chance to verify the computer serials?

Not dumb at all ... MFA is "Multifactor Authentication", and for M365 the primary MFA is the "Microsoft Authenticator" app on iOS or Android. I've configured the Sage M365 to allow for an SMS backup for MFA as well. SMS is inherently less secure, but I believe it should still be adequate as a backup method for Sage's use. Users should be prompted to set up both types of MFA on first log in.
