#34459 SMS Campaign

Howdy,

I submitted our SMS campaign to enable texting for our microsoft phone program. Our 'brand' was already approved and I just submitted our 'campaign' which included all the language about opting out, privacy, terms and use, types of messages we'll be sending etc. It was a bit wonky, I won't lie. We had to put an SMS privacy policy and Terms of Use statement on our website (not navigable by anyone else).

We'll see what happens. Because it is a new feature, it may take a bit to be approved, potentially after I'm gone. Once approved, there is another step to enable but I think Peet can tackle that. I'll check in before I go to see the status of the pending campaign.

Worth a shot to see if this is easy for staff to use once the back end is set up!
