Hi Peet, I have a charge on my credit card for $2,997.00 for QuickBooks and I don’t have a receipt so unclear on what this is for. Could it be the Sage Management QuickBooks startup? And would you know where the receipt is? Anything for Sage Management should be on Andrews card and not mine if so. I guess I have no idea how (or if I can) log into the Farran QB administration area… Thanks for your help, Liz Scaggs Operations Manager 406-541-9000 [A blue and black logo Description automatically generated](https://www.farranco.com/) P.O. Liz, Looks like the yearly renewal for your QuickBooks Pro Desktop: https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/productsBilling Your primary Intuit account that holds your QB licensing is [email protected]: It's password, passkey, and 2FA are in this 1Password entry: https://start.1password.com/open/i?a=OOKN55GEERF5TEEVECMRNSMLDQ&v=ehl4mnjr2na45dwp3zzdgcuywi&i=xlh3dkn42ub5nxfjqdfo3v3r2m&h=farranco.1password.comhttps://start.1password.com/open/i?a=OOKN55GEERF5TEEVECMRNSMLDQ&v=ehl4mnjr2na45dwp3zzdgcuywi&i=xlh3dkn42ub5nxfjqdfo3v3r2m&h=farranco.1password.com It looks like Intuit has raised the price to a point where desktop pro is more expensive to renew than desktop enterprise. Does FRP use QuickBooks Payroll integration? Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, Ok thank you. I will let Mark decide on Enterprise we don’t do the payroll but if Enterprise has the same functions as what we are using now and is less expensive then I thin we should consider it. Liz and Mark, Enterprise is not required to be purchased with payroll, there's Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Only gold and platinum come with Payroll. List for 3 users is ~$3400, ~$3,800, and ~$4,300 per year respectively. If you'd like to move to Enterprise, I've been working with an Intuit authorized reseller that can discount from list. I think they're able to get Silver 3 user under the $2,997.00 you've paid for your Pro renewal. As far as I'm aware, you can be refunded for Intuit purchased/renewal for 60days. If you'd like me to get you Exact enterprise pricing, let me know. FYI: While there are a lot of differences between enterprise and pro, i think the most obvious stand out is the ability to open multiple (2) company files at once. Cheers.Peet

Ok thank you. I think Mark would like to hold off for now. Liz Scaggs Operations Manager 406-541-9000 [embedded image](https://www.farranco.com/) P.O.
