Peet, it sounds like Cole had a setting that was toggled off. Seems to be working now.

Peet, Found a little error. When Cole receives calls on his personal line, the caller gets a message from Verizon Wireless that the call cannot be completed as dialed. His voicemail is set up.

Can you look into? It appears that the call is going through so i'm not sure why he wouldn't be getting any voicemails or the message is being played.

Yup, yup. Fixed it last night with the intention to reply today.

You can see the "Call answering rules" section. His was set to forward to an undefined number. Not sure what it was set to or attempted to be set to, but setting it to "Ring Cole Herdman's devices" allows his devices to ring.
