Hi Peet, left you a VM but I cancelled our spectrum yesterday and now we’re getting folks calling saying our line is disconnected. Someone on staff tested it and indeed, it appears people can’t call in.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

On hold but Spectrum is saying they still own the number. The port is pending and will be completed tomorrow at 1pm. I'm not going to try to reinstate our service for just that short time.

Hoping it all gets sorted tomorrow. I'll do some testing and keep you posted.

A bit bumpy on the number porting, for sure, but the number is ported and working. And everything else seems to be in order. See you Tuesday.
