Hope you're doing well. It looks like I missed one service for Blue Mountain Clinic, the SMTP2GO relay or their Synology, BMC-Syn. It's currently sending alerts to [email protected]. I'm not sure if that's being managed or monitored by Univision. I'll be turning down the service by Friday, 04.11.25 or as soon as I receive an acknowledgement from you that you have the issue in hand.

Thank you for the heads up. We also use SMTP2GO for some email relay. My day is booked today but we will try to get this changed ASAP and let you know as soon as we’ve changed the relay.

Hey Peet,

I've got their DNS records switched over to point to our SMTP2GO and set the alerts to send to one of our monitored emails.

You can go ahead and disable whatever you need to on your end, I've sent a test email with the new account and have verified its working
