Hi Peet!

I think we discussed this already but we can't remember... when people call out from their individual lines, it is showing up as Spam. Is that something that shift over time as we have the numbers longer? Any ideas on how to improve that if not?

And I suppose we could set it up for everyone to be able to call out on the 8404 line which likely says GVLT, but that has its downsides too, I'm sure.

We can discuss when we have our final check in but just a heads up.

It all depends on who/what is labeling the calls as SPAM. I'm going to assume they are marked as spam on mobile device users and not home phones. First is it Apple or Android, if Android what brand? Second, for either OS, do they have a 3rd party screening/security app installed? Finally, who is the service provider for the phone?

Samsung devices (as well as other services) use the Hiya-backed database. I would recommend starting here: https://hiyahelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/p/request_hub/ Create a business account and register all of your numbers.

There are other databases/services to consider and knowing the answers of iOS vs Android. If Android what manufacture. For either OS, do they have a 3rd party screening/security app installed? And what network are they on.

Thanks Peet. Elin will register those numbers and we'll start asking some questions from folks who say we're being flagged as spam to see if there is a rhyme or reason to the phone provider or device type.

I suppose I can also reach out to Boston at FVLT and see if they're having the same issues.
