Just noting here that repurposing any of the existing "spare" Dell towers is not a good plan. All existing towers are not capable of running Windows 11, and Windows 10 is end-of-life in June. The computer that currently drives the system has given > 10 years of service and there's no reason to think you wouldn't get the same from below:
