Liz,

Sorry I couldn't look at the attachment until today. This questionnaire covers a vast swath of IT policy and procedure that as far as I am aware is not in place for FRP. Do you have formal IT Policies in place for the Farran Realty Partners, LLC?

I can answer some of these questions from my understanding, but the answer much of this survey is no/none. Does FRP need to create and implement formal policy and procedures for its IT?

I will have to defer to Mark on this. I am not sure if it is a “requirement” for us to have it or not.
