Brandon, Attached is the Alphagraphics Site for migration. The best way to handle this would be to import the attached Site, then invite email: "[email protected]" username:"artichoke" as an administrator on that site. Once I can access the site on your controller I can manage the migration of the AGMSO Site to your controller. Here's a screen capture of the adding email: "[email protected]" username:"artichoke" as a site administrator within the Unifi controller. As long as you have your devices are registered with unifi, please make sure to keep "Remote Access" checked: https://screenshot.artichoke.consulting/wWbJhVFZFg384Ll91Gty Cheers.Peet

Brandon, Thanks for the invite. It looks like you made me a Site Admin, but on an existing site. Could you please import the attached site and make my account an administrator on the resulting "Alphagraphics Missoula" site? Below is a screen capture for the first part of importing a new site .. I cannot finish the import as the site already exists. https://screenshot.artichoke.consulting/S2z8TWhFYGlq8qp5bqsm Let me know if you have any questions. Peet

Brandon, Thanks a million for the fix on the network controller. My only issue is that since I'm routed to your controller via the unifi ui site, I don't have a way to find your public inform URL. It should be something like "http://unifi.[speedyURL.com:8080/inform"](http://unifi:8080/inform%22) or "http://123.123.123.123:8080/inform". Thanks.Peet

Brandon, All the active Unifi devices are migrated. It sounds like one of the small switches that was in use is currently offline. I'll have Kip bring it online and then everything will be accounted for. Cheers.Peet
